“ Drove here from Rutland Vermont because I can get the best deals from Shoprite. I used to go to Albany but they all closed(why they didn't leave one open is ridiculous) Old store but shelves are loaded and I found everything I needed. My only fear is that inside it looks exactly like price chopper so I fear it will be turning into one soon. I grew up in CT so I hope I will not have to drive back there to shop. Very clean store and nice staff. ”
“ After all the ShopRites in the Albany area closed, this one became the closest to me. ShopRite has a few items in stock that I cannot get easily from other grocery stores, so I like to visit one from time to time to stock up on those. This store had all of the items I was seeking, and them some, and it's now my preferred ShopRite in the Hudson Valley. The produce department is clean and well stocked, and I was equally impressed by the deli area, the grab-and-go offerings, and the hot food station. The rest of the store is also well organized. They have more self-checkout stations than I've seen in other stores too. I certainly hope ShopRite never decides to close this store, I think it would be a big mistake. ”
“ My store of choice is the ShopRite in Hudson. I can't say enough about Ally who works in the Deli Section and who waited on me today. She is very personable, accommodating and today she pointed out a sale going on that I wasn't aware of. It astounds me to read unfavorable comments about this store. Today I was looking for more of an item that was on sale, there was no more on shelf and I asked a gentleman stocking items; he went in the back to see if there were more. The cashiers I have dealt with are friendly and a number of them still help with packing your bags. There are other ShopRite stores closer but Hudson is my preference. ”

“ They had some great specials today. Everything was good until I came across the super-condescending woman in the self checkout lane, whom I did NOT ask for help. She came and stood watching me giving me step by step directions and sounded like she was talking to a two year old. Very annoying. It says the cashier was "Scot 76" ”
